"Can you service a large group or bridal party?"
Yes! Our team of makeup artists and stylists can serve parties of all sizes to meet the needs of our clients in a timely and professional manner.
"Can I book my wedding date without having a trial first?"
Absolutely! This gives you peace of mind knowing your date is secured and services are booked. However, a consultation is highly recommended to ensure the best experience possible. Consultations are quick, convenient, and can be set up through the following channels; in person consults, virtual meetings, by phone or email.
Please keep in mind a consultation/trail does not mean you have secured your date. Event dates are secured upon reception of your signed contract and deposit. All services are booked on a first come first serve basis.
"Whats the difference between a consultation and a trial?"
During your consultation we’ll discuss what specific look you desired to achieve for you special day or event. We’ll exchange ideas, photos and cover any special requests you may have. We’ll also discuss preliminary pricing, event details, party size and everything you’ll need to confirm your booking with ATM Beauty. All consultations are FREE of charge, schedule yours today!
A trial is where you receive the actual service(s) you are interested in booking. This is done so that you know what to expect the day of your event. This also allows you to see your finished look and make changes if necessary. There is a fee for a trial and it can be for makeup, hair styling or both.
"How long is the trial, and what can I expect?"
Trials can be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours depending on whether you are getting hair, makeup or both. We can go over any ideas, photos, or questions you may have and design a look that makes you look and feel amazing.
We'll discuss contract details and booking options to secure your date of service.
"Do you provide men's grooming services as well?"
Yes! ATM Beauty will help the man/men in your life look their best as well. All of our services are available for both men and women.
"Will you stay for touch-ups?"
Yes, a hourly rate is applied to stay by your side on the day of the event for touch up services. **please note this is an additional fee after original services are rendered**
"How long does a makeup application take on the wedding day?"
Please allow at least 1 full hour for the bride and 40 minutes for each additional person. Of course this will vary depending on the size of your wedding party and how many artists/stylists are needed for the event.
"Is there an additional ‘travel’ fee?"
Travel fees may be applied depending on the location(s) of the event and if the event will expand across consecutive days. **conditions apply**
"What forms of payment do you accept?"
Cash and PayPal is accepted on all makeup trials.
Cash, credit, or PayPal is accepted for deposit payments to secure a date.
